Each camp has a professional hunter and 
well-trained guides. A hunter can be assured
 of a successful and memorable hunt. 

The hunter is linked by radio to base. Once 
an animal has been successfully killed, carcasses are promptly collected and taken
to the fully-equipped slaughtering facilities.

Experienced staff members prepare capes for trophy 
mounting while the meat can also be processed to
suit the individual requirements of local hunters. 

Large coldrooms and deep-freeze facilities are available.

10. Bokke wat gekwes of dood geskiet is, is volprys.

12. Indien jagters nie opdaag nie word deposito verbeur.

14. Sheldrake Game Ranch sal geen aanspreeklikheid vir enige siekte, ongelukke of beserings of enige koste wat daaruit mag voortspruit, aanvaar nie.
15. Die volle rekening moet betaal word voor vertrek. Slegs kontant , internet betalings, reisigerstjeks of bank gewaarborgde tjeks sal aanvaar word geen uitsonderings.
16. Vuurmaakhout is beskikbaar teen R15 per 15kg bondel.

2. Hunting vehicles and radio communication are supplied. Hunters are off loaded at good hunting spots near waterholes and
feeding spots where animals are ambushed.
Limited walk and stalk are allowed. The hunter will then be accompanied
by an trained guide.
3. No private hunting vehicles.
4. No hunting from vehicles.
5. Do not litter in veld.
6. You must satisfy yourself regarding the specie, size and gender of the game you want to shoot. No discount is allowed for small or wrong game. Female animals shot out of season will be 50% up on price.
7. Do not give liquor to our staff . A soft drink is more than sufficient.
8. A tip sheet is available at the camp manager. The tips must be recorded and given to the camp manager
who will forward it to the staff.
9. The camp fees are payable in respect of the full period booked and
for the number of persons booked for.
10. Wounded animals are full price.
11. No hunting on Sundays
12. If`hunters do not show up they loose their deposit. Cancellation must be done 8 weeks before the hunt otherwise hunters will loose their deposit.
13. Any damage to property will be added to the hunters account. Arrows/blades supplied by the ranch, if damaged will be for the cost of the hunter.
14. Sheldrake Game Ranch cannot accept responsibility for any illness, accident and injury nor any expenses arising from such illness, accident or injury.
15. The full account must be settled prior to your departure, in either cash, internet payment, travellers cheques or bank guaranteed cheque. No exceptions.

4. Geen jag naby grensdrade nie. Jagters sal verantwoordelik gehou word vir wild wat deurbreek na aangrensende plase.
5. U mag slegs van sonop tot sononder jag, geen nag jag (behalwe onder seker omstandighede waar met eienaar gereel is en slegs roofdiere.)
6. U moet uself vergewis van die geslag, grootte, gekwes al dan nie asook die soort van die wild wat u wil skiet en u nie op die gids verlaat nie. Geen korting word toegestaan vir klein of foutiewe diere nie. U trek self die sneller, nie die gids nie. Vroulike diere wat buite seisoen geskiet word is 50% duurder.

1. All firearms must be unloaded on vehicles and at the camp. At the camp the rifle may only be used on the shooting range.
2. No hunting from vehicles. Hunters are not to be off loaded closer than 500 m from game. Hunting is done on foot.
3. In the veld you must at all times be accompanied by your guide.
4. Do not litter in veld.
5. You may hunt from sunrise until sundown only, no hunting at night except when arranged with the owner to hunt predators at night.
6. No rifle hunting allowed in a 500 m radius from waterholes, drinking places, houses and camps.
7. No hunting near boundary fence. Hunters will be held responsible for game breaking through to neighboring farms.
8. Do not give any liquor to the guides. A soft drink is more than sufficient.
9. You must satisfy yourself regarding the specie, size and sex of the game you want to shoot. You must not rely on the guides, as no discount is allowed for small or wrong game. You're the one who pulls the trigger, not the guide. Female animals shot out of season will be 50% up on price.
10. A certain area around the camp is a non-hunting area as indicated on the farm map. No hunting whatsoever is allowed in this area. The guides know this area.
11. A tip sheet is available at the camp manager, the tips must be recorded on the tip sheet and given to the camp manager who will forward it to the staff.
12. The camp fees are payable in respect of the full period booked and for the number of persons booked for.
13. No caliber smaller than .243 or 6 mm allowed.
14. Game being wounded or killed are full price.
Mis shots is 50 % of the animals value.
15. No hunting on Sundays unless agreed with owner
